We continually strive to control our costs, we attempt to utilize the latest intra-office and internet technologies, and we pursue early settlement of cases whenever feasible. Fully utilize ADR (Alternate Dispute Resolution) settlement processes which include; mediation, facilitation, arbitration, etc., whenever possible, so as to promote early case resolution in place of slower and much more costly courtroom litigation.

Use "leading edge," intra-office data processing techniques and internet capabilities for efficient office file management such as converting to a "paperless office," etc.

Use the internet to communicate with clients whenever possible - send mail and billings to clients via internet, have clients review and complete documents and questionnaires by internet, etc.,

Use as many of these same internet techniques as possible in the lawyer-to-lawyer sphere.

Eliminate or sharply reduce expensive mass media advertising (the client, of course, pays for it through higher attorney fees.)
